Specifically, I would like to request:

Copies of any official government documents, strategies, or targets outlining plans for the adoption of HVO fuel at a national or regional level in Sweden.

Details of any sector-specific requirements or regulations concerning HVO usage, particularly within the following sectors:

Public transport (bus and rail)

Freight and logistics

Agriculture

Construction

Information on any greenhouse gas emission reduction targets specifically linked to HVO adoption, including timelines or measurable benchmarks.

Documentation regarding any national or regional support mechanisms (such as subsidies, funding schemes, penalties, or incentive programmes) intended to encourage the use of HVO fuel.

Any internal policy papers, government communications, or guidance documents related to HVO usage in the context of Sweden’s renewable energy or clean transport policies, including those aligned with or replacing EU directives such as RED II, RED III, or Fit for 55.
