Belgian DPA decisions regarding FATCA

Dear Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY),

I request access to all memos, communications and documents in the possession or under the control of IMY related to the following GDPR decisions / cases that occurred in Belgium:

- APD/GBA - 61/2023 / DOS-2021-00068 / https://www.gegevensbeschermingsautorite...

- Court of Appeal of Brussels - 2023/AR/801 / https://www.gegevensbeschermingsautorite...

- APD/GBA - 79/2025 / DOS-2021-00068 / https://www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be...

Given the principle of consistent application of GDPR and similarities between the Belgian and Swedish FATCA IGAs, there is a reasonable likelihood that these decisions/cases have been the subject of discussion in Sweden.
