I would like to request access to public records related to the procurement “Tåg i Bergslagen 2023", that was awarded 2023.

I am particularly interested in documents concerning the evaluation of tenderers, submitted tenders, and the contract award. Document titles may vary, but I would primarily like to request the following:

1. Award decision and, if applicable, the award notice/award notification.
2. Award report/minutes and/or procurement report/minutes.
3. Evaluation report and/or evaluation minutes, including:
a. the evaluation model (including weighting and calculation method),
b. a summary of scores/results per tenderer,
c. reasons/assessments for the quality criteria.
4. Tender/price summary, e.g., comparison price, price appendices, or other summary forming the basis for the evaluation.
5. Submitted tenders from all tenderers, to the extent they can be disclosed following a confidentiality assessment (redactions are fine where deemed necessary).

I am in some time pressure to access these documents. If any document requires longer processing time (e.g., due to a confidentiality review), please feel free to release the other documents first and provide the remaining parts as soon as possible.

The form is in English, which is why I write in that language. If it is easier for you, feel free to respond in Swedish.
