This is a request under the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act.

Our firm is investigating claims by American individuals who have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease or suffered other serious injuries after dermal or inhalation exposure to Paraquat.

I hereby request that a physical copy of the following documents be provided to me: any Ministry of Agriculture documentation regarding the ban on Paraquat. Additionally, I request that these documents be authenticated and certified as a true copy by the Ministry of Agriculture.

Pursuant to the terms of the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act, we will pay for copying when you have informed us of the cost. We will pay for any retrieval cost if we are informed of those costs prior to your having incurred them.
