Dear Martin,

Tuesday the 16th before lunch works for us. Marcus Boklund from the Ministry of Infrastructure and
Hedvig Landahl and Marita Ljunggren from the Ministry for Foreign Affairs will also join the meeting.

Since there are some restrictions for us to set up some types of digital meetings but not as many to join,
we would appreciate if you could send us an invitation from your side. Skype, Teams, Zoom or Webex
usually work for us.

Best regards,

Eva Ljungbert

Hi Eva,

Thanks a lot.

Would either:
Tuesday, 16 March
Thursday, 18 March

Sometime between 9.00 - 12.00 work?

Or Wednesday, 17 March at 10.00 or 11.30?

Best,
Martin

Dear Martin,

Thank you for contacting us regarding the proposal of DMA and thank you also for your initial position
paper. We are open to meet with you and listen to your approach and what you think works and what
doesn't work in the proposal. I think that we could find some time for such a meeting. Perhaps you could
suggest a few times that would suit you and we will try to set up a call or meeting after that. The Swedish
position is specified in Fakta pm 66 which has been submitted to the Swedish Parliament. I attach this but
have to inform you that it is in Swedish.

Best regards,

Eva Ljungbert

Ämne: Meeting on DMA with Facebook?

Dear Eva,

I'm leading our policy work for Facebook in the Nordic countries (I think you have had contact
with my former colleague Christine Grahn, who has changed jobs now) and we are right now
very focused on the coming EU regulation on DMA and DSA. As I understand it, you are
responsible for the DMA file and it would be great if you would have time for a meeting (virtuel
these days...) where we could exchange on both how Sweden regards the DMA proposal that is
now on the table as well as how we approach it and what we think works and what doesn't
work.

Any chance you could find 30 or 45 minutes for such a call? In that case I would have one of our
DMA/competition experts, Jakob Kucharczyk, join the discussion.

I have attached a brief overview of our initial position on a number of DMA points - but Jakob
will be able to go much deeper.

Best,
Martin Ruby
