under Swedish Freedom of Information law, I would like to obtain a letter regarding progress on the Proposal for a regulation concerning the respect for private life and the protection of personal data in electronic communications and repealing Directive 2002/58/EC (Regulation on Privacy and Electronic Communications). The letter was sent by the Secretariat of the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs of the European Parliament to Sweden's Permanent Representation to the European Union on March 6, 2023.
