Dear Ministry of Enterprise and Innovation,

I would like to request documents on any exchange with Israel on Pegasus spyware within the Sub-committee on Industry, Trade and Services established under the EU-Israel Association Agreement. According to the Commission reply to written question P-002088/2022, the meeting involved representatives from the export control agency of the Israeli Ministry of Economy and Industry. According to Council Decision COM(2005) 258 final on the EU-Israel Association Council, member states can join sub-committee meetings. If the Swedish government was indeed present, I would like to ask for the meeting minutes, agenda and all other documents related to the meeting where Pegasus was discussed. If your department was not present at the discussion, but another one was, please pass this on to the relevant official.

Yours faithfully,
